Shipping Policy

We offer FREE USPS Ground shipping on all orders under $200 within the continental United States. Additional shipping methods vary based on your order contents, and all options can be found on the Shopping Cart page using the “Estimate Shipping” box. We ship exclusively within the United State at this time. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will be emailed shipment confirmation, along with tracking information (if available) for your order. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order fulfillment, you'll be contacted by phone or email within 24 business hours.

Return Policy

We offer a no-hassle 30 day return policy for all purchases, and NO restocking fees for items returned in brand new and re-sellable condition. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us. Specifics regarding various return types are listed below:

Returns for a Refund

Products returned for a refund must be in brand new and re-sellable condition, and contain all original parts and packaging. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. For larger items, the customer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned shipments as we are unable to accept returns that are damaged.

Defective and DOA Products

Products that arrive defective, or malfunction within 30 days of purchase will be replaced by Prison to Purpose.

In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you.
